We collect only the information needed to run a shared trip plan:

• Trip details you provide — trip name, description, and dates.
• Crew details — the names, optional phone numbers, and avatar emoji added to a trip's roster.
• Activity content — activities, notes, comments, reactions, and RSVPs you post.
• A device identity — we store which roster member you selected in your browser's local storage so you don't have to pick again. This stays on your device.

We do not collect passwords, and we do not require an email address to use the Service.

We use the information to display your trip, keep it in sync across everyone in the crew in real time, and improve the reliability of the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

A trip's contents are visible to anyone who has that trip's code. Please share codes only with people you want to include. We use trusted infrastructure providers (for example, our database and hosting provider) to operate the Service; they process data on our behalf.

Trip data is stored with our hosting and database provider. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Edit or remove activities, comments, and roster members from within a trip.
• Clear the saved device identity by clearing your browser's site data.
• Request deletion of a trip's data by contacting us at the address below.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
