Terms of Service

TripKrew helps groups plan trips together — creating a trip, sharing a code, and letting everyone add activities, comments, reactions, and RSVPs. No account is required; trips are accessed with a trip code.

Anyone with a trip's code can view and contribute to that trip. You are responsible for keeping your trip codes within your intended group. We are not responsible for content added by others who obtain a code.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Misuse other people's personal information added to a trip.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for your trip. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to share any personal details you enter about others.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that data will always be preserved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripKrew and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
